I am tearing my hair out after 3 days of trying to make my wireless network
work. All of my old PCs on XP are working fine but I have introduced some new
Vista PCs and I can't get them onto the internet because of the above
message. Now I am no boffin when it comes to computers and would appreciate
some feedback in plain English that might help me to overcome this problem. I
have tried calling MS but they said they would fix it for £200. Thanks MS how
supportive of your new platform

i had hassle all sorted for free ---it took 6 hours
and they phoned me back on 4 occasions

here in UK we get 2 free calls to the MS tec department
after that we pay

after my ordeal they admitted at start they had no idea of answers
and were so pleased i had invested the time to help sort it
they re set my account back to the 2 free ones

cheers

Keith D.
