Default Changing the boot order to boot from USB

Is it possible to change the boot drive in Vista ultimate? Currently my
settings a

Name: Microsoft Windows Vista
BCD ID: {current}
Boot Drive: C:
Windows Drive: C:
System Bootloader: \Windows\system32\winload.exe
Windows Directory: \Windows

I'd like to boot from USB, as I have a Linux OS on my USB flash stick.

This would be a setting in the BIOS for the system. You would need to set
the USB drive as the first to boot from, if the BIOS even supports this
configuration.
