Default i need alot of help

i think my windows might have crashed or something it was about a year ago i
had a virus and it killed my firewall windows media player i cant log onto
windows messnger or ne windows things i tried to do a system restore to find
out that was gone i dont have it ne more.

if u no what is going on or can help me plz let me no u can email me at

You must be kidding. You've posted in a newsgroup for hardware devices
relating to the Vista operating system, you want help for a problem that
has existed for a year (so you can't be running Vista), and you don't
give us any details to help you.

1. Post in a newsgroup for the operating system you are running,
presumably Windows XP (but who really knows?). Here is a list of all the
MS newsgroups so you can find the right one:

2. Before you post, read the information at these links so you will know
what details to include in order to get focused help:

If this seems like too much work and/or is too difficult, take the
computer to a professional computer repair shop (not your local version
of BigStoreUSA). There is no shame in doing this.
