I have networked two PC's, one using XPSP2 and the other Vista Home Premium
(VHP). The XPSP2 files are visible and accessible from VHP, but the VHP shares are visible but not accessible from XPSP2 and produce the error message: '\\VHP\c is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions. Access is denied'. The access permissions on VHP are set to 'Everyone' with 'Full Control'. Any suggestions how to overcome this issue will be much appreciated. TIA |

Hi Llew. You need to use exactly the same user account and password on both
machines. Have you tried that? Thanks, Gloria -- Gloria Boyer Windows User Assistance Microsoft Corporation "Llew Ralph" wrote in message ...
