I am trying to develop a Site Survey application using new WiFi API. WiFi
API helps to retrieve all information like BSSID, SSID, Wireless Mode, RSSI
etc.

But I am facing some difficulties in accessing other information like Noise
Floor, Data Rate etc. How do I retrive the above values (Noise Floor, Data
Rate) using WiFi API.

I think WiFi API doesn't provide any method for retrieving noise floor and
data rate. Do I need to use any vendor specific APIs for accessing Noise
Floor and Data Rate?

How do I retrieve / use vendor specifc APIs / OIDs.

site survey app, with Wifi and Bluetooth scanning capabilities.
