Interesting offer...

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...CODE=WEM1331BB

(Not a spam, I'm not involved with any of the vendors. This is just an FYI).

Read the fine print on the rebates. The big one requires that you send them
a copy of a competing product (symantec, mcafee, etc) including the manual,
cd, proof of purchase, and/or the confirmation email if you purchased it
online.

Not to mention its a Tiger Direct rebate, notorious for taking a long time
or not getting it at all.

Whats wrong with Tiger Direct?
I get all my online pc parts there and have never had a problem.
Granted the rebates is slow but have never been screwed out of one.
(6 weeks to get the rebates is kinda slow).

Many people have had problems with them. I've had good luckand only had one
come late (5 months after sending it off), but the major complaint against
TD is the crappy rebates. It's just a gamble.
