streaming media problems with UAC
Hi,
I recently bought Vista Premium. I am the admin on my computer. I have a subscription to Vongo. When I try and run the program, it tells me 'an unidentified program wants to access your computer'. I click allow, I trust the program. The application comes up but when I try and access content, it gives 'unexpected error during streaming' I know this is as I was able to successfully run the program in XP. I have noticed that there is also the windows security badge on the Vongo desktop icon. I am not sure if this is causing the problem and I am not sure how to fix it. I tried disabling UAC and it prompted me to reboot my computer for the changes to take effect. I did that and my computer blue screened on me. I reset the settings to have UAC on and Vista restarted normally. Any ideas how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance |
