Advanced user
For a single program, just right click and "Run as Administrator". Also, if
you right click the application, go to Properties, and the Compatibility tab, there is a selection in there to always run as administrator. You might also check the XP SP2 compatibility mode if it still doesn't work. -- Dustin Harper http://www.vistarip.com -- "Ana" wrote in message ... There are only two types of users in Vista, standard and administrator. Even when running as an Administrator applications requiring admin permissions will cause a prompt to display asking you to give permission for it to run with admin privileges. -- Rock [MS-MVP User/Shell] |
