Have a Problem. Windows Vista was working fine...well by its own standards at
least. Out of the blue, it refuses to connect to the internet. It spews out " said website is not able to establish a connection with "world wide web (Http)" service. Got no idea why, how, much less how to fix it. I've tried all that microsoft had to offer, yet still no luck. Somewhere, someone must know the cause and the solution. |

I restored the system to a previous known good status (one day prior) the DSL connection magically re-appeared. |

Ended upfixing it by updating the firmware on the router. It was a netgear
Dg834g. Dunno how it fixed things but I've got the internet now. Cheers anyway |
