Default Limited Network Connection after sleep

Just installed a vista business version on my T60p. Found 2 serious problems.
Most of the time after I bring my computer back from the sleep mode, the
wireless connection becomes limited connection. There was no problem before
when I was running windows XP. What irritates me is no matter what I do
except reboot the computer, it will not connect normally. I tried disconnect
and connect again, disable the device and enable again, change locations,
sitting next to the wireless router. It just won't connect correctly. I have
to reboot the computer. That's tooo annoying.

Try to setup "Allow windows to turn this off to save power". These search results may have more details.

This issue is not helped by this! It seems just about everyone with a laptop
and allowing sleep gets into this problem. I tried allowing windows turning
it off, not allowing it, but it keeps on either only allowing it to be local,
to considering it public, or not being able to get it to find the gateway.
From what I have read on the net this seems to be a common vista problem,
and unless someone at microsoft does some major rewrite it will have to be
incorporated in the following service pack.
