Hello,

I have a problem with Windows Vista and my TPM chipset after a BIOS-upgrade.
After the upgrade I cannot control the TPM chipset anymore. My program
(Infineon Security Platform Settings Tool 3.0) tells me to activate the TPM
chipset in the BIOS. I tried several times to do this, but for some reason
the BIOS doesn't activate the chipset, it only enables it.

When I tried accesing the TPM chipset via the Microsoft TPM-tool (in the
System32 folder) I also didn't have succes. When I click on the
activate-button and I give in the pasword, nothing happens. At the
status-screen I see the message that my TPM is activated and the property has
been claimed already (This is a translation, so it might be different in the
English version of Windows).

I have made a backup of my TPM chipset with the Infineon program, however, I
cannot use this backup since I cannot acces the chipset.

How can I solve this problem?
