Hi, just got a laptop with VISTA installed. My internet connects via a
wireless router/modem (Billion make). No problem using a laptop with Win XP but cannot conect wirelessly with this VISTA PC, but can conect via a LAN lead as now. Network and Sharing shows my LAN connection as Access=Local and Internet but my wireless connection Access=Local only. Cannot repair it or get another IP address. All settings as for Win XP. Strange thing is that this laptop will connect to a NetGear router and a BTHub, so is my Billion router just incompatible ? |
