I have a problem with the internet connection, my english is not very good so
i'm giving a link: http://www.tabletquestions.com/windo...nity-help.html and if you can't open the link here is the important thing: "My computer can browse the internet for awhile and then suddenly I can no longer view any web pages despite the fact that the computer still shows I am connected to our network and internet. The only way I am able to regain access to the web is by RESTARTING my computer. I seem to be able to browse for shorter and shorter periods, but still no apparent rhyme or reason. He NEVER has any connection issues on his end. I have spent hours upon hours with my ISP, Lynksys and HP customer services to no avail. I've adjusted as many security, connection, network, firewall, program, etc settings that I dare to pretend to understand and still nothing works. I am truly out of patience and ideas." My problem is exactly the same, i can view web pages for a some period of time and then the problem is the same, it shows that i'm connected but there is no internet. When i restart the PC i have internet for another period of time... Can you give me a simple fix for this, or just a simple answer - is there any way to fix this yes or no? Thank you! |

This just started happening to me yesterday and I've had Vista installed for about a month. I don't know what happened, but I completely understand your frustration.
It appears this issue is being reported more and more often. Hopefully M$ will address this issue soon. EggHeadCafe.com - .NET Developer Portal of Choice http://www.eggheadcafe.com |
