eap network university

I am a student in Wuppertal(Germany) and i am trying to connect my windows
vista notebook to the network of the university. It doesnt work. It is a
wireless eap network. I tried the programm: secureW2_FSU_Vista.exe , because
i think there is a problem with the wlan configuration. What can i do? Please
help me.
