MSN Dial-up Accelerator Is not Accesible in Windows Vista
I have MSN 9.5, Connection Center comes up but it does not give me the option
to configure the Acceleration Settings. When I try to setup MSN Dial-up Accelerator, I get a message saying that it is not compatible with the OS. WHY?!?!?!?!
