I kept seeing people trying to justify why Vista might be slow- antivirus,
firewalls, router configuration, network drivers. And while all those things are things that should be investigated and corrected, too many people had already done the legwork and it was still slow although some of these may have improved the performance. In case anyone is hoping that MS knows that there is an issue, here is one such article that I read. Many of you know it is an issue but like me are worried MS will only think it is one of those items above that is the cause - http://forums.techarena.in/showthread.php?t=691299 |
