Networking Permissions by Vista Edition
I called Geeks On Call to set up a Vista home network and was informed that I
need either the Home Ultimate or Business edition of Vista. Is there any accuracy to this? Doug

Networking Permissions by Vista Edition
No. All editions of Vista can be used in a home network. There is certain
advanced functionality that is present in Business and Ultimate. -- Jane, not plain  64 bit enabled :-)Batteries not included. Hi Keith. Geeks On Call probably didn't understand that you were setting up
a home network. Domain networks aren't supported in some of the home versions, but that shouldn't have any effect on you.
