Default Unable to share folders or printers - Vista Ultimate with OneCare

In OneCare I have the share files/folders and printers selected, but through
the network and sharing center, I am not able to change options on "Sharing
and Discovery" for any of the options (ex. Printer Sharing, Network
Discovery, File Sharing etc). I get an error of "The Specified Service does
not exist as an installed Service"

Any ideas???

Thanks
