for file/print sharing. 1 second job, all fixed. I feel like a knob! And thanks to all here that assisted!!! Rgds Rod |

You may want to help yourself more by uninstalling One Care.. ![]() "Rod Davies" wrote in message ... ...it was as simple as Firewall setting in OneCare being adjusted to allow for file/print sharing. 1 second job, all fixed. I dont think so...I PAID for it, I'm gonna use it and see if it's any good!!
So far, it seems ok! When I HAD Grisoft's free AVG, I had...some...let's say...stability issues which cleared as soon as I unistalled it and loaded up OneCare. As a matter of interest, why you apparently no like OneCare? Rgds Rod "Mike Hall - MS MVP" wrote in message ... The present version of AVG is fine, and there are other products out there; Avast, NOD32, Kapersky.. Incidentally, One Care came in last place re virus detection.. just FYI..
