I purchased a new Laptop with Vista. I have a wireless network in my home
and two other laptops all work fine. New PC connects to the wireless network, but has no connection to internet. All settings appear to be the same between the two XP machines and the new Vista. Took both to a hotspot to test, same problem. Am I missing a setting in Vista? Is there something new I need to do? |

See my post on TCP/IP and WIRELESS below.
The TCP/IP is very strange with wireless in Vista, I think this is a known issue.. Cheers. "Aston" wrote: I have the same problem. I got my new laptop yesterday with vista.
