Hi
I log into a Windows 2003 Domain from a Vista Business Edition machine. My domain account is part of the Administrators group on the local Vista Business machine. User Account Control (UCA) is turned off for my account my the Vista Business machine. I have I belong to a domain group called Dev, which has Full Control permissions to a network folder. When I navigate to the network folder (\\domain\folder) and attempt to create a new file, modify a file or delete a file from the network location, I get an error dialog saying I don't have permissions. If I log onto an XP machine and create a new file on the network location, the action is perform successfully. Can anyone help, this is extremely frustrating! |
