I have an XP Box connected to a router. My new Vista laptop connected right
out of the box via wireless and saw my xp box and shared files. Now a few days later the XP Box does not show up when I browse for it. It shows up in the 'full map' under Network and Sharing Center. I didn't change any settings on either machine so why all the sudden am I having this problem? I tried all the basic obvious - resetting the router, reboot etc. |

Make sure the NetBIOS over TCP/IP is enabled. If yes, check any errors in the event viewer.
