Vista loaded their 5600 series driver for my printer. If I select print
preview, it doesn't print nor does the preview window come up. If I deselect
print preview all is well. Just wondering if anybody else had this problem.

HP do say that 'advanced features may not be available' so I guess they
consider print preview as one of those.

Cari,

I followed the links through HP where they reccommend "Vista printers" to
replace the one that doesn't work properly or at all. Going through the list
there is the 5500 series and then the 5700 series. No mention of the 5600
series which leads me to believe they consider the 5600 series to have no
problems. Any thoughts on this ???

FYI Cari was right on. I contacted an HP rep who confirmed that the basic
driver in Vista does not support the preview mode. They did give me a work
around and said that updated of this driver would happen in the near future.

Thanks Cari for the link that put me on the path to the solution for this.
