Default Space meeting on Vista / Netmeeting can be join together?

Hi all,
I would like to know How do I use diferent version Vista/XP join to meeting?
I cant find solution for use both together, we are use XP as housed.
Anyone have an idea?

Vista Meeting Space and NetMeeting are not mutually compatible. You can get
a hot fix from MS that installs NetMeeting 3.02 on a Vista machine. Read
this carefully so you understand the functionality of this version of
NetMeeting...

Also note this version of NetMeeting is for Vista only...
