Default Entering a mane and a phone number in the fax page

I try to enter a name and number on the to line but it wont work, the only
way it works in i take the name from thr contacts list. Can anyone tel me how
or what is the right sintax for that? thanks

When I wish to send a fax to someone that's not in
my contacts list, I click on Icon 5 from left,
either enable/disable the country code, type in recipients name,
tab to fax # then if country code is turned on, enter the area code,
tab enter the fax #. If country code is unchecked then you will
need to fill in the area code and fax # in the bottom box.
Click OK and this will be entered into the fax in the appropriate
boxes. If you wish to send to more than one person, repeat the above
and it should enter the other recipient after the first.
As for syntax, each # or name/# should be separated by a ;
