When I wish to send a fax to someone that's not in my contacts list, I click on Icon 5 from left, either enable/disable the country code, type in recipients name, tab to fax # then if country code is turned on, enter the area code, tab enter the fax #. If country code is unchecked then you will need to fill in the area code and fax # in the bottom box. Click OK and this will be entered into the fax in the appropriate boxes. If you wish to send to more than one person, repeat the above and it should enter the other recipient after the first. As for syntax, each # or name/# should be separated by a ; '''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' '''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' ''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' "y4me" wrote: I try to enter a name and number on the to line but it wont work, the only way it works in i take the name from thr contacts list.
