Vista BSOD and Nvidia 7900GS
I have a lot of BSOD.
It seems the problem is my graphic card which is based on Nvidia 7900GS. My question is : Does MY card have a problem or a lot of people with 7900GS have BSOD under Vista ? |

The 7900 GS should not be a problem. Have you tried using the 158.18 beta drivers? http://www.nvidia.com/object/winvista_x86_158.18.html -- Jim |

Not sure what cpu you have in combination with your graphix card. But if it
is a fast one ,you might check your power supply. It solved my blue screens. "RV" wrote: I have a lot of BSOD. It seems the problem is my graphic card which is based on Nvidia 7900GS. My question is : Does MY card have a problem or a lot of people with 7900GS have BSOD under Vista ? |

Vista BSOD and Nvidia 7900GS
Hi
I have found the solution ! The problem is not the graphic card or its driver. The problem is the audio driver. My audio chipset is Realtek ALC883 on motherboard MSI P965 Platinum. I have deleted the Realtek driver (release 165). Now the driver installed is Microsoft 6.0.6000.16386 Since I have installed the Microsoft audio driver, I have BSOD only if I try to use the micro (it was the same with the Realtek driver) "DarKNeSS" wrote: Not sure what cpu you have in combination with your graphix card.
