Default Cover page editor fields: any additional

Hello All,

I am wondering if there are auto-entry fields possible in addition to the
following:

Recipient Name & Fax No.
Sender Email, Office Telephone, Home Telephone, Office Location, Department,
Title, Fax No., Name, Company, Address; and,
Date/Time, No. of Pages, Note and Subject.

I would like to have: Recipient Company, more than one (1) Note field and
the ability to separate Date & Time.

Any special codes or little known ways to add more of such fields to my
cover page?

Thank you,
edsager

In case you were wondering, this is for Vista Ultimate 32-bit.

Thanks,

Hmmm... How about another MS Office 2007 title which can compile files for
faxing and also connect to my Outlook 2007 Contacts or Business Contact
Manager and which can draw out the entry fields I listed below?

Thanks,
edsager
