Default wireless not connecting

Hi i have been trying to connect to my wireless wifi, but i am just getting a
local connection?

how do i fix this to show the internet aswell, my friends laptop who uses xp
can connect fine, i have WEP security set, what do i need to do, to get this
working?

yes i have tried that but no luck, it is the same for a adsl wired connection
too

i have another laptop with xp which connects fine

what else can i do
