Default Setting up a 2 way sync partnership with network folder

Hi,
I already use off-line files to backup my music collection onto my laptop,
it works well.
I now want to set up a 2 way partnership between a folder on a pc and a
similar folder on the laptop, a partnership where the newest files are
copied across in either direction. It looks like this is possible but I don't
see how to set up to do it.
Help!
