I just re-installed Windows Vista onto my Dell Inspirion 600m without
problems but when i tried to connect to the internet i met some challenges. First of which Vista did not discover my wireless router. I've used several diffirent computers on my router with windows xp and they have worked flawlessly. So I decided i'd try to use an ethernet cable. This too however did not work. Vista simply cannot find my router. It continuely tells me the hardware isn't updated or cannot support the connection. I think I need to update or install new drivers but I have nooo idea what drivers to install |

I think I need to update or install new drivers but I have nooo idea what drivers to install When you install an operating system, you then need to install drivers for all your hardware supporting that specific operating system. You need to go to Dell's tech support site and download Vista drivers for your Inspiron 600m. You need chipset, network adapter (which is why you aren't getting to the Internet), wireless adapter, video adapter, audio, touchpad, and any laptop-specific software Dell provides for your model.
