Default Can't access Internet Explorer 7 with newly installed Vista

Just installed Vista Business. Before opening Internet Explorer 7 i have to
go in to the internet setup, advance options and "reset" the whole thin. I
can then open Explorer but if I want to open a new Explorer window I have to
go reset the system again. Opera works fine.

Anyone have a fixit

As you've got Vista Business version would it be possible that you're
receiving settings from a domain controller which are somehow causing this
problem for you?
