Web Folders

I am trying to figure out why I can't see the webpage folders for my
webpages. It shows that they are going to Network, (Network name), but I
can't see them in the Network or in my computer.

Also, I am unable to create a new network location for my webpage folders in
Web Expressions or My computer.

Can someone help?
