Default Vista Wireless Connection only Enabled after logon

I'm having issues getting my Wireless connection enabled after a reboot -
until I log in.
This is of course an issue when I'm connected remotely and reboot the PC.
I'm running Vista Business x64
NIC: Belkin F5D7000_v6 - using the Belkin suggested Ralink drivers - which
seem fine.
Encryption: WPA

Any suggestion please?

Thanks,

I believe this is a known issue with Vista. Pre-logon support for wireless
adapters needs to be provided via the IHV interface available from your
driver vendor (none of which have released them yet).

Thanks Joe!
Can I ask - what's an 'IHV' interface?
