I have the same exact problem, I too use a Broadcom NetXtreme
Gigabit Controller, coupled with teh x64 RC1 Vista release, been
using this for a few days, and have had this problem almost
everyday, plus its also happeneing when I am browsing the net, it
just shuts off out of nowhere, chked the modem, everything is good
on that end, so its on the OS side, only thing is can't seem to
figure what the problem could be.
