We have a new laptop with Vista Business on it. We have that user's My
Documents redirected to the server for backup purposes. The user is unable to rename, delete and move documents. I checked the user's My Docs permissions and she has full control. What am I missing here? |

Hi ylwgirl,
The "My Documents" folder is no longer used in Vista. It has been replaced the the "Documents" folder. Your users should use this folder and this should be the folder that is being backed up. The folder can be found under: C:\Users\user name\Documents Charlene -- Charlene Shepard Windows User Assistance Team Microsoft Corporation "ylwgirl" wrote in message ... I realize that. But nevermind...the problem was on the network drive.
