trouble viewing shared files

Default trouble viewing shared files

im trying to share files outside the public folder but when i set up the
shared file it wont let me access it from my other computer, also running
vista. i get an access denied message, ive tried with and without passwords
and im the admin of both machines... any ideas?

Have you assigned permission in Security tab? This troubleshooting may help,

Do you have an identical password on both accounts, and are both accounts
activated for network access?
