Default Setting Outlook 2003 RPC over HTTP w/Vista

I have just upgraded my laptop to Vista Biz and I am unable to set up my
Outlook 2003 for RPC over HTTP to my Exchange Server. This same Outlook 2003
on this same machine flawlessly with XP Pro. All settings in the OL Profile
appear correct (the same as with XP). The error message says the OL is unable
to access the Exchange Server to verify user.

Should there be an RPC.dll in System32?
Is there something you do special with Vista to permit this function work?

While I like OWA I very much miss the RPC aspects of Outlook/Exchange.

None -- Exchange continues to connect to other RPC/HTTP accesses. Certificate
has been validated and I have OWA and RWW access via browser with no problems.

We have two other Vista machines accessing the Exchange Server via RPC with
no issues.

Could there be a Firewall setting that needs tending to?
