microsoft isnt working
blue06,
Ouch. That doesn't sound good. OK, lets try checking a Vista report for specific errors and corrective measures to take: Click on Start (icon) and select All Programs. Then, select Maintenance Problem Reports and Solutions. When that report opens, select from among the Tasks on the left margin and elsewhere. Here you may see specific information about what caused your problem. If you get some insight from the report, take the corrective action suggested in the report. Just something to try, since Vista logs errors and hopefully it will in this case and hopefully your system will work to produce the report. Post back if you need further asistance and tell us what the report says. -- freddy "blue06" wrote: microsoft keeps telling me its stoped working and its not finding solutions why i carnt access the control pannel, save my work or anything involving microsoft. i have found a couple of cookies on my computer. could this be the problem and how can i solve this obviously without accessing the control panel. please help. my software is microsoft vista home premium. -- blue06 |
