I am using a broadband connection for windows XP.Recently i have installed
windows vista in my laptop.I have tried a lot to configure internet connection in vista but i am unable to do so. Can anyone help me out in this issue.Plz send me the detailed steps.I have the IP address,DNS server specified by the ISP provider.......... Plz help me out??????????????? |

Hi Pradeep
Did you have to enter username and password to connect to the internet from your XP machine? If you just plugged the ethernet cable from ur cable/DSL box into your XP machine there is not change in this behavior in Vista. You should be good to go as soon as you upgrade to Vista and plug your cable in. thanks Aanand "Pradeep" wrote in message ...
