My 360 can see my PC perfectly, and connect. But in the 360 media blade,
when I choose Computer, it says "No albums, no artists", etc. Yet my WMP11 library on my PC has over 1,000 songs in it, all tagged perfectly. Sharing is set up ok, with access allowed to the 360, all services are running, all necessary ports are open on my router. Like I said it connects ok, but doesn't find any media. It worked before fine, but since I got a new replacement 360, it's not working. But I'm sure 100% it's all set up ok with the new 360. I should add it works fine in Media Center Extender mode, it's just the actual 360 media blade that has this problem. Thanks |

I am encountering the same problem - works fine with extender but not native
audio support streaming from the PC. In addition my Roku SoundBridge also connects to the PC fine but shows no music to play. So it looks like something on the PC rather than the XBox 360 (or Roku). Just discovered - it's not just the music but also affects photos, videos etc. "Bov" wrote: I am encountering the same problem - works fine with extender but not native audio support streaming from the PC.
