windows seems to calulate it on the fly, so if the folder is big it
takes a while.
for a folder whose properties say 15.8 gb, the tooltip in explorer after
a couple seconds said 'bigger than 2.45 gb'.

It just ain't there. Not a big deal for me since floppies went away I've
never been concerned about file size, but what you guys are seeing
isn't on my computer. I just noticed though that "Documents" is in a
pictures format. Something new to work on...
