Vista Ultimate 64-Bit Safe Mode with Networking

I am having a problem with Windows Vista trying to run Vista in Safe Mode
with Networking. My internet connection works fine in Normal Windows Vista
Mode but cannot connect to the network when running in Safe Mode with
Networking. Please help.
