Default ZfgSvc.exe hogging the CPU

I've just recently started using Vista and I had a few issues when starting
that I worked out with updating and such but my performance has been terribly
slow at some points, I noticed when looking in the Task Manager that my
ZCfgSvc.exe and it is
constantly using the majority, of my CPU which is a not lacking in
performance!

Thanks,
Nathan
