Netstat

I copied netstat and some other tools to a CD for use as a toolset, including
pslist, net, etc. When I copied Netstat to the CD, it will run in a command
prompt, but I get no output. It works fine when i run it from the Operating
System, but trying to run it from separate media it fails. Can anyone help?
