I tried to logon to domain over VPN, but without success.
I have windows vista, business edition. I join vista to domain in these steps: 1. creating VPN connection to my work place 2. joinin vista computer to domain But when I reset computer I can logon by domain name, but in fact there is no VPN connection before that. I don't understand how to make a VPN connection before logon. Using Windows XP computer everything is very simple. Thanks for help! Simon |

When you create the VPN you need to be sure to make it available to all users, not just yourself, and to login using your Windows credentials. After booting, hit the "Switch User" button (if available), then near the bottom-right hand side of the screen near the red "Power" button there will be a blue "Network logon" button which will initiate a VPN. -- If quitters never win, and winners never quit, what fool came up with, "Quit while you're ahead"? |
