I am trying to access files that are log-on specific. I am logging onto the
domain with the specific user account with a laptop connect to the network via LAN cable. I can access all common files but cannot access the files on the server that are specific to the account. This is also true when trying to import a PST file into outlook. I have removed the machine from the domain and re-entered it with no luck. I am using an exsisting account, not using the add user option in the macro. Any ideas? I have added serveral computers to this domain in the past using other windows OS with no trouble. |

If you already had an account with the same user name then you are logged on to the local account and not the domain account. -- Kerry Brown Microsoft MVP Windows-Shell/User |
