WRE connection problem

Dear all,

I'm running Vista Home Basic in my new Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Pro V3515 and
everytime an application runs I get the same screen on Windows Error
Reporting saying it can't connect to the MS server. I'm not having any other
network problems only with WRE. Does anyone have an idea what I could do
about it?
