Default To many connections (internet), how to delete them?

Hallo,

my internet is very slow. I know, that my Computer does not delet exitsting
connections when I disconnect from the internet. I used the command "NETSTAT
-A" in cmd.exe and there were about 70 connections listed up. So I need a
command to delete them to get better Performance in the internet.

Thanks.

I've got about that many running now. You need to shut down or uninstall
any programs that access the Internet in the background (weather apps in
sidebar, auto-update features of software and programs, and so on) to
"disconnect" active connections.
