Hi, I just upgraded one of my computers to Windows Vista. I currently have a
domain setup in the basement, and have two other Vista-based computers running off the domain, but this one just doesn't seem to want to connect. I go to: Start right click Computer Properties Change Settings (under computer name, domain, and workgroup setings) From here, I enter the domain as "server.kasntravel.com" (which is what I have it as on every other computer) and click "OK". It is then that I am prompted to enter an account authorized to access the domain, so I use the administrator account on the domain. The computer sits for a little while, then gives me the error that it could not resolve the DNS server on the DC (domain controller). Can someone help me please? |

Give your DNS settings time to populate on your network for about a day or
so. I come across this problem from time to time. -- MAXIMUMpcguides.com Helping you get the MOST out of your Vista PC. -- "kylejourdan2006" wrote in message ...
