Have you first tried to uninstall Viewpoint Manager using "Control Panel -
Programs and Features - Uninstall"?

check \Windows\System32\*.cpl for items that are on the Control Panel.

Hello, I have the same problem. I do actually see the ViewPoint/Fotomat in
my add/remove programs but when I try to remove it says that I have to sign
on as an administrator. And yes, I am an administrator. I have the only
account and it says that I am an Administrator under account profiles.
